The Grace Hospice
Team consists of members who focus not only on physical health and comfort,
but also on emotional, spiritual and social well being. The team approach
recognizes that these are all connected. So the nurse listens closely to the
chaplain, and the social worker pays attention to the volunteer because together
they can get the most complete picture of a patient's needs.
