The Grace Hospice Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to increasing awareness of the importance of hospice care.  The Grace Hospice Foundation was born from our strong commitment to improve our community.  As a local business, we are dedicated to lives of those who live next door.

Our Mission is to promote the principles of hospice care, educate our community, subsidize care for patients and families, and grant the wishes of hospice patients.

We Educate our Community and Promote the Principles of Hospice Care

Medicare allows a hospice benefit to all individuals with a life-limiting or terminal diagnosis.  Much of our community is not aware of this.  Our mission is to educate our entire community about hospice care so they may make the right choice for themselves and their families.  Educational programs we are involved with include our local chapters of The American Cancer Society, The American Diabetes Society, American Heart Association and The Alzheimer's Association, in addition to the Green Country HealthCare Association, Tulsa Interagency Council, Medical Group Management Association, Tulsa Regional Medical Center Community Breakfast, Tulsa County Area Agency on Aging, the National Hospice and Palliative Care Association.  We also provide educational seminars to civic organizations, churches, support groups, special interest groups, health care agencies and other community programs.

We Subsidize Care for Patients and Families

Our care will be provided to all patients, regardless of their ability to pay.  Our mission is to subsidize the care of patients that are without the Medicare hospice benefit or other private insurance, insuring that all individuals have the same opportunity for care.  We hope to reach patients and families that may have otherwise be forced to weather this difficult time alone.

We Grant the Wishes of Hospice Patients

If a hospice patient could be granted one wish, what might they desire?  We make those wishes come true, be it a trip to a museum, a baseball game, or a reunion with a long-lost sibling.  We answer the wishes of hospice patients that otherwise might never come true.
